ConsultCRM continues to grow with further enhancements and developments across our client base. One of our leading construction design engineering clients has extended their CRM licence deployment from 1,000 to 3,000 users with plans for harnessing the CRM application beyond the core bid management facilities in line with Microsoft’s XRM strategy. XRM allows clients to squeeze maximum value out of each CRM licence by using the system as a platform technology for managing any type of relationship across the enterprise. Clients have harnessed this XRM approach in Microsoft CRM  for handling everything from Employee Management to Property and Asset Management. This highlights the low Total Cost of Ownership associated with Microsoft CRM given its inherent flexibility, coupled with the ease of use through the familiar Office/Outlook environment for all staff in the organisation.

Hosted Microsoft CRM continues to attract more business from a variety of sectors and our most recent wins include a firm of solicitors who will use the system for their core contact relationship management. A leading marketing services firm specialising in IT partner channel development has also extended their hosted CRM deployment to manage the growth in their business activities.

In the manufacturing sector we have seen further adoption of ConsultCRM’s Add-ons. May 2010 Another progressive month for ConsultCRM as one of the largest automotive manufacturers in Europe extends their existing Microsoft CRM solution to their Finance Division. This part of the business provides flexible financing solutions to help clients with predictable costs and manageable risks over the entire life cycle of their fleet vehicles. ConsultCRM has been chosen to implement the solution to enhance their relationship management to include richer client interaction information as well as integration to their vehicle transaction systems.

A leading managed services company delivering flexible voice, data and mobile communications has chosen ConsultCRM to deliver their Microsoft CRM implementation. As one of the leading global brands in telecommunications, many of their customers are major multinationals, government bodies and household brands; in fact around 25% of the FTSE100 are within their client base. With such an important client base, providing global access to sales, service and support to customers in 130 countries it was essential to choose an enterprise class CRM solution and an implementation partner with the deep expertise to deliver.

April 2010 ConsultCRM has been chosen to work with one of the world’s largest and most respected construction design engineering firms. Renowned for their formidable reputation for iconic buildings around the globe, their Microsoft CRM implementation will roll out to 1,000 staff and will focus on providing a consistent view of project bids from initial lead to contract award. The system will support staff in 5 global regions providing management with global information dashboards based on their matrix of locations and services, whilst staff will benefit from work-flowed sales process automation and integrated data in a single system.

ConsultCRM has also been chosen by the UK's leading social care organisation to deliver Microsoft CRM focused on marketing to key contacts as well as relationship management and business development with commissioning bodies. The organisation provides services for people with complex needs, including those affected by drug and alcohol misuse, mental health problems and those with a learning disability. The system will integrate existing data and provide a centralised repository of information to enable more coordinated approach to relationship management.

Work started in earnest this month with a large independent commercial property consultancy who have chosen ConsultCRM to deploy their Microsoft CRM solution. The business covers all aspects of property including Asset Management, Building Consultancy, Health & Safety, Agency, Landlord & Tenant, Valuation and Investment. The Microsoft CRM solution will track their professional service engagements related to commercial properties, including fee earning activities, integrated SharePoint and management reporting.

ConsultCRM announced this month the launch of our Global Search add-on product. This is a great add-on for any user of Microsoft CRM. It allows you to search across multiple standard CRM records (entities) from one search entry and provides all the search results in the same single view.

Among these are a London based property firm that has chosen ConsultCRM to support their deployment of Microsoft CRM, and an international asset management firm that has adopted the ConsultCRM Audit Tool Add-on for Microsoft CRM.

One of the UK’s leading charity organisations involved in campaigning for their members, provision of support, training, employment and care services, has chosen ConsultCRM to help with their implementation of Microsoft CRM. The system will help with all aspects of relationship management with longer term plans to integrate SharePoint.

Another professional services training firm, leaders in financial education for investment bankers serving clients across Europe, the Americas and Asia, has chosen ConsultCRM to deploy their Microsoft CRM solution. This will provide a comprehensive relationship management system tied into their sales and marketing efforts.

In the world of commercial finance, work started for a leading Paris based firm delivering the configuration of their hosted Microsoft CRM platform to support their business development teams. In the world of Finance ConsultCRM is helping the investment arm of an international bank with their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help their global sales operation manage their pipeline of deals, including tailored dashboard views. The opportunity deal flow tracks variety of financial products through various stages from Active Dialog to Letter of Intent and Contract Signature. A deal approval process is also embedded and the client profiling includes financial history dashboards to help their 140 sales staff gain deeper client insight in their day-to-day dealings with clients.

 

Another busy month for the teams at ConsultCRM as on of the UKs largest independent software providers embarks fully on their transition from an old Pivotal CRM system onto Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The roll out, already up to 200 users, will culminate in 800 users of the system across multiple locations and multiple business units.

 

Expanding ConsultCRM’s  portfolio of add-ons for Microsoft CRM is the new Excel Import Add-on. This tool has been keenly adopted by a number of clients as it accelerates and simplifies the data importing process.

 
October 2009 Increasingly,  organisations are starting to appreciate the notion of XRM; using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a platform technology to manage ANY type of relationship. In line with this approach, ConsultCRM has been engaged to work with a  leading business college in London to harness Dynamics CRM for their student relationship management, student record keeping and web portal interaction.

This month a number of new and existing clients have taken up ConsultCRM’s Add-on products including the Audit Tool for in-depth auditing in Microsoft CRM, as well as our System Integration and SharePoint Integration Tools.

 

Amongst these are a number of new clients including one of the UK’s  largest independent software companies that has engaged ConsultCRM to assist in the deployment of Microsoft CRM in a multi-site deployment spanning hundreds of staff. The implementation spans staff in sales, marketing and customer service.

  ConsultCRM has been engaged by one of the UK’s largest broadcasting organisations to replace a key relationship management and event co-ordination system with Microsoft CRM.
  ConsultCRM has been chosen as the trusted implementation partner for the upgrade of Microsoft CRM and integration to SharePoint for a global defence company that handles government and military contracts. The upgrade will enable clearer reporting and visibility of long-term baseline forecasting.
 
August 2009 ConsultCRM continues to grow with more new client wins. Amongst these is one of the largest regional property groups who have chosen ConsultCRM as their implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The solution will be introduced in phases covering consolidating all aspects of estate agency, lettings and property management, yielding valuable client insight and reporting intelligence to the marketing and senior management teams in the business.
  One of the UK's largest construction sector joint ventures linked to the Highways Agency has chosen ConsultCRM to implement Microsoft CRM in their customer service division. ConsultCRM sees another great month for client wins including a UK based international engineering and contracting company, adopting Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enhance their bid management and account management.

Further wins include a non-departmental public body accountable to the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. The system will track all key relationships, log enquiries and manage marketing activities.

 

In the technology sector, a control systems integration specialist and an IT managed service provider have come to ConsultCRM for training on their existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

 

Further system upgrades are also underway for the handful of clients who remain on version 3.0 and have seen the benefit of adopting Dynamics CRM 4.0

Despite challenging times in the Finance sector, ConsultCRM has started working with the investment services division of an international bank focused on supporting their sales operation with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

 

Two management consulting firms have also taken up ConsultCRM services for implementation and training on Dynamics CRM 4.0 for relationship management.

 

A specialist publisher has enlisted ConsultCRM to enable complex advert sales invoice creation from multiple order lines on a single order in Microsoft CRM.

ConsultCRM has won another client in the hi-tech manufacturing sector looking to track and manage their quote generation process.

Most of our clients have now been upgraded to Microsoft CRM version 4.0 and the latest client this month has also adopted our Exchequer Accounts integration.

ConsultCRM’s SLA Monitor (add-on) is also now fully available on Dynamics CRM Version 4.0

ConsultCRM is helping a virtualised IT specialist provider to migrate off salesforce.com onto Microsoft CRM – this will include the sophisticated email marketing add-on CommuniGator for Microsoft CRM.

We have also been called in to rescue two clients who initially chose the wrong partner to help them with their Microsoft CRM implementation. One client in the energy sector has a significant Microsoft CRM integration requirement and another involved in business services required assistance with a unique complexity around mail merging to Word.

ConsultCRM has added two more clients in the government’s Sector Skills Council initiative. They are harnessing Microsoft CRM for client relationship management as well as integrated website collaboration.

The Sage Line 50 connector to Microsoft CRM has also now been implemented for a client in the airline industry.

ConsultCRM has won a major contract with an international medical firm providing specialist cell measurement product to harness Microsoft CRM for sales and reporting.

More of our clients including a major medical insurance provider have upgraded to the new Microsoft CRM version 4.0 and a professional services firm has also added integration to Microsoft SharePoint for seamless document management through the CRM system.

Following ConsultCRM’s successful implementation and go-live, a UK based international consulting firm has now deployed Microsoft CRM across its 160 sales staff for tracking engagement opportunities, relationship management and integration to their finance system.
