Technical Consultant

Due to continued growth we now need to expand the professional services team further to include a Technical Consultant.

Complete technical deliveries, such as:

  • User interface configuration

  • Coding JavaScript

  • Developing Plug-ins & Workflow Assemblies

  • Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functionality through the SDK

  • Developing SQL Reports

  • Completing Data Migrations

  • Customising the Web Portal.

Able to adapt and demonstrate technical capability.

If you have, or are studying for, a Microsoft qualification, then this would be a distinct advantage.

Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product is essential, but not necessarily Microsoft, as full Microsoft CRM training can be provided.

Strong organisation and communication skills are a must.  You should also be a highly motivated, able to work on own initiative, be reliable, a confident communicator who must work well under pressure with an ability to communicate effectively with business contacts at all levels.

Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to drive enterprise Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become the main contact person for the customer to manage their project to make sure its delivered on-time and on-budget. You'll work with the customer to define their requirements and then you'll design and lead the system architecture process. Once that's complete, you'll implement most of their customisations yourself using the Microsoft CRM web-based customisations tools. You won't need to program any custom code or configure the customer's network, but you'll need to understand how those related technologies work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery meetings with customers and prospects to understand their sales, marketing and customer service requirements 

  • Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements 

  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery 

  • Create knowledge transfer documentation 

  • Test that our customisations meet the customer's requirements 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in project management, system design, or information systems 

  • Minimum of one year experience (or 5+ projects) implementing CRM applications (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Saleslogix, Onyx, Pivotal, etc.) 

  • Familiar with relational database concepts 

  • Self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities 

  • Must have excellent communication, leadership and client development skills.

Sales & Account Manager

This highly motivated person will be responsible for prospecting and selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM software and our consulting services to new & existing enterprise and mid-market businesses. Compensation is a combination of base salary and commission, and there are no limits or caps on commissions.

The global market opportunity for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is growing rapidly with consistent double digit growth annually. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM product is currently used by more than 1,000,000 users worldwide in 25+ different languages. As a sales consultant, you’ll be selling a great product from Microsoft backed by a consulting firm that is highly specialised and widely recognised for our experience with the product.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting calls into existing accounts 

  • Participate in and help manage marketing events/seminars 

  • Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations

  • Demonstrations take place online or in person 

  • Network with strategic business partners 

  • Create proposals and pricing options for each prospect 

  • Follow through on proposals until deal completion.
